Lisa has a background in commercial management, having spent 15 years with a dredging contractor, undertaking a broad role encompassing all commercial aspects of the business. Having received her Master’s Degree (LLM) in International Commercial Law, Lisa is competent in contract drafting, commercial terms and contractual negotiations. Lisa has a wealth of experience in tendering and cost estimating processes for dredging projects and a keen understanding of the UK dredging market. With an in-depth knowledge of the operational factors driving the commercial aspects of dredging, Lisa is well suited to in depth analysis and audit of dredging records and costs.
Lisa also provides support to The Bates Partnership in managing business administration matters including insurance, finance, marketing and tender support.
